The wife can divorce even without the husband's consent in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the husband and wife live separately for three consecutive years or more without taking the consent of the wife, except in cases where the husband and wife are living separately by taking part or as if separated according to the law,
(b) If the husband does not allow his wife to eat or throws him out of the house,
(c) If the husband commits any act or trap of such a nature that his wife's limbs are broken or any other great physical or mental suffering,
(d) If the husband remarries,
(e) If the husband is found to have sexual relations with other women,
(f) If the husband is found to have forced his wife.
